Our feelings theme this week was very exciting! We spent time this week reading several books about feelings. We read
Glad Monster, Sad Monster,
Llama Llama Mad at Mama, Go Away Big Green Monster, and
I Am So Mad. We played Feelings charades and sang "If your happy and you know it(sad, frustrated, excited, surprised). We made Play-Doh face and used felt pieces to create different emotions. We created monsters and drew faces with different emotions. We had our first Stretch-n-Grow of the year and it was a hit!
Next week we will be talking about shapes.
